It’s the easiest thing in the world to get swept away by the allure of a new year, a new fashion, new scene, or new crowd, or new technology .

It’s also just as easy to feel the need to shrink yourself when you’re in a different setting or an unfamiliar place.

Though a personal evolution can be natural and positive, if it happens at the expense of who you really are and what you stand for, it’s never worth it. The old way isn’t so bad if it’s true to you.
